• Time Management:  One needs to use their sound judgement as a health care manager to assign responsibilities to teammates and refrain from taking on more work under their own.

• Decision-Making: Despite not providing clinical services, managers and administrators regularly make the decisions that affect the health and wellbeing of their patients. One can be required to analyze a lot of data in this work to decide what actions to take next.
